In conjunction with World Contraception Day 2018, media were privy to the launch of Bayer’s ‘Ask Maya’ chatbot. The chatbot provides information and options to women on contraceptive methods such as the usage of contraceptive pills, condoms, and intrauterine devices. Relevant FAQs, pill reminders and calendars prompt users to consult a physician for more pressing questions!
Outcome
The media learned more from experts about family planning, contraceptive methods and, from a pharmacist point of view as well. A mummy blogger was also present to share her experience with family planning.
