One of the world’s largest private healthcare providers, IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH) offers a full spectrum of healthcare services from clinics, hospitals, quaternary care (advanced and highly specialised level of medicines and procedures) and a wide range of ancillary services including medical education.
Through the Khazanah-IHH Healthcare Fund (KIHHHF), a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by IHH and Khazanah Nasional Berhad, the Fund provides sponsorships for medical treatment and basic health screening for rural communities in Malaysia, Singapore and Turkey.
PR efforts for the Khazanah-IHH Healthcare Fund focused on strengthening its brand presence and positioning the Fund as a key CSR initiative – to reach out to the less privileged community to meet their healthcare needs in Malaysia.
To facilitate this, we incorporated both traditional and digital media channels to share patient stories and outcomes that were also communicated through advertorials.
Media interview sessions to impart the Fund’s success and key achievements were held with select beneficiaries to share their journey and experience. We garnered coverage to the PR value of RM 500K.
Patient’s testimonials were incorporated into branding collaterals for select hospitals reiterating the objective further.
